Are Lloyd mini splits certified for use in the US?
All Lloyd North America mini splits are both ETL and AHRI certified for use in the United States.

What is Lloyd’s background?
Lloyd is a brand name of a larger company, Havells. Havells is the largest manufacturer of electronic goods out of India. They are a 12-billion-dollar company and currently sell to 33 countries outside of the US market.

Lloyd makes many models outside of the US and can easily accommodate a request if there is a business case for it in the US. Lloyd North America will work with you to assess a business case and take it back to Lloyd to discuss further options.

How do I handle servicing and repairing the units?
